01Real-time vocalYour voice. Your sound.
REAL-TIME AUTO-TUNE & VOCAL FX
Bring each song's vocal character to the stage.
From transparent tuning to intentional effects. We prepare each song's Key, Scale, and section-specific FX, then refine them in rehearsal with the artist's live voice.
This is more than switching on a plug-in. We design the vocal sound and its transitions as part of the show.
We prepare the song's key and scale, then tailor the tuning to the artist.

04Our own systemBuilt around the show
BUILT AROUND THE SHOW, NOT THE DAW.
Built by a team that understands live shows.
Our in-house Mac-based show operations platform, SEOUL PLAYBACK, is the technical foundation of our service.
Preparation, arrangement, and performance are connected in one project, carrying rehearsal changes through to show operation.

PREPARE
Turn scattered assets into one show.
We organize tracks, song details, and the setlist, then prepare click, cues, and vocal settings. Handoff information follows the same standard.
Prepared information helps the show team make faster decisions.
EXTEND YOUR SHOW
Extend the system only where your show needs it.
After reviewing the show format and venue setup, we recommend the options the project requires.
01
Lyric & Stage Cue Prompter
Prepare timed lyrics and between-song stage notes.
02
iPad Operating View
Configure role-specific information and permitted playback, mixer, and loop controls.
03
Expanded Setup & Backup Preparation
Video integration, MIDI instruments, and backup configurations are scoped after reviewing the equipment, plug-ins, and connections.
WE BUILD. YOU PERFORM.
Your team does not need to learn the software.
We build the required system and, within the agreed scope, operate it from rehearsal through show day.
External hardware and plug-ins, iPad permissions, and backup operation are verified in advance using the actual show configuration.
05RedundancyMain + Backup
Why prepare two Macs instead of one.
When the unexpected happens, there is another path.
If a designated failover condition occurs on Mac A, the system can switch to Mac B's prepared output.
Using our in-house SEOUL PLAYBACK system and supported switching hardware, we can configure an A/B redundant setup. Both Macs are prepared with the same show and run together so the backup is ready for designated main-system failover conditions.

01 / PREPARE
Prepare the Same Show
We check show files, settings, and playback readiness on both Macs.
02 / PLAY TOGETHER
Run Mac B Alongside Mac A
The backup Mac is prepared in advance and follows the show, rather than being opened only after an issue occurs.
03 / SWITCH OUTPUT
Switch the Output
With supported hardware and a verified setup, the system can be configured to switch to Mac B when a designated failover condition is detected.
Redundancy is an optional configuration tailored to the show. Automatic switching requires supported hardware and both Macs to be ready; playback and switching are tested with the actual setup in advance. It does not guarantee uninterrupted operation under every failure condition.
06How we workClarity is part of the service
Professionalism shows in the preparation.
Behind every great show is a clear plan.
We define the scope before work begins and verify it in the actual setup. We deliver not only files, but also the information the next operator or production team needs.
01 / SHOW FILE
Show Project
An operating reference that brings together the setlist, tracks, clicks, cues, and per-song settings.
02 / HANDOFF
Technical Handoff
Output information and the agreed operating scope for FOH, monitor, and production teams.
03 / CHANGE LOG
Rehearsal & Version Log
On-site adjustments and changes to carry into the next show.
01
Consultation
We review the show date, format, and current materials.
02
Audit & Design
We define the required scope for playback, vocals, and outputs.
03
Build & Rehearse
We build the show, then review and refine it in the actual setup.
04
Operate & Update
We operate the show and carry updates forward to the next performance.
Project and artist information is shared only within the approved public scope. Public case studies will be added after they are cleared.

Frequently Asked Questions
First time working with us? That is completely fine.
01Can I get in touch before my files are organized?+
Yes. Send us the show date, setlist, and the current state of any sessions or audio files you have. We will review the material first, then outline the files and scope required.
02Can I book real-time Auto-Tune without a playback package?+
Yes. We can scope a setup focused on vocal tuning and FX. After reviewing your equipment, plug-ins, per-song settings, and automation needs, we will propose an appropriate operating approach.
03Can you work with an existing Ableton Live or other DAW session?+
We first review the existing session and file condition. Depending on the show, we can discuss keeping the current setup or rebuilding the required stems and settings as a show project.
04Does the artist need to learn the software?+
No. Seoul Playback builds the required system and, depending on the project scope, can handle rehearsal and show-day operation. Buying or learning the software is not a requirement for using the service.
05Can you also prepare lyric prompting, video, or lighting integration?+
We can configure lyric and stage-note prompting together with an iPad operating view. Video and external VJ or lighting integration are scoped separately after reviewing the receiving equipment, venue conditions, and what can be tested in the actual setup.
06Can the show be prepared for an issue with one Mac?+
We can scope an A/B redundant setup using two Macs and supported switching hardware. Both Macs are prepared to run the show together, and the system can be configured to switch output to Mac B under designated failover conditions. The setup is verified in advance for the specific hardware, plug-ins, and venue environment; uninterrupted operation under every failure condition is not guaranteed.
07How are the cost and schedule determined?+
We provide a project-specific quote based on the number of songs, the condition of existing materials, the vocal and automation scope, rehearsal requirements, on-site operation, and tour schedule. We also outline what can be completed before the show date.
